I'll be on vacation for the next two weeks.
Unfortunately the internet service where I'm going is practically non-existent so there will be no updates.
Please use this time to do other things, like bathe and clean out the lint in your belly button.
If you absolutely have to have a Blonde Goddess fix, go into the archives and find something fun to make you laugh.
I will miss you when I'm gone and when I'm REALLY drunk and crawling around in the back yard of my grandmother's house, I'll think fondly of you all...

Oh, I can't wait to hear the tales of return to the Motherland with its booze rivers and family tales galore. Just wanted to mention too that I tried to buy something for you on the trip to PA, but the bastards wouldn't sell it to me. It was nailed to the wall, and my suggestions of using a claw hammer to make some bux fell on deaf ears.
It was one of those old timey looking metal signs with a 50s style housewife's picture. It said: "I've childproofed my house, yet they keep finding a way back in."

When you get back, there's an invite to have a fun meet-up at a real live Unknown Hinson show in Huntington. I'm wearing bouffant hair and the tackiest outfit Goodwill will let me find. Dressing up like that is optional, but it would make it so much more fun. The show's on July 24th and the details are on my blog from this past Sunday called "It's an invite, but it's so much more..."
